New Mini gets 65 MPG, real World
 

For those in the market for a new fuel efficient family car, perhaps the new Mini Estate (wagon) is a good idea? With a 0-60 time of 8.6 seconds, it's still pretty quick, and yet Green Car Guide got over 65 MPG when they tested it. Full road test here: MINI Clubman Review - GreenCarGuide.co.uk

Wow that does sound good, too bad here in the states the Clubman gets a whopping 38 MPG and calls for premium fuel ...

They've been fine tuning the engine by the sounds of things. It works out at about 55 US MPG.
