Can't Deactivate Old Device

Hello. As the title says, I cannot deactivate my old Android device using aCar. The registration email address is correct. The old registration code is correct. If I put in my original working registration code into my new device, aCar tells me that I have to deactivate the old device first. If I try to deactivate the old device, the aCar app says that I have no internet connection (I do via WiFi) or to retry. To retry just repeats the same thing.

On my old device, I cannot update the aCar app as the newest version is not supported on my old device. If I input the correct registration # into the updated version of aCar on my new android device, I get an error message that says I need to deactivate aCar on my old device, which aCar on my old device will not let me. This is a constant loop.

Any help for deactivating aCar on my old device so that I can get aCar app working on my new Android device would be appreciated.

Sorry you're having trouble.
Can you email support@fuelly.com, or message me here via Fuelly Mail the email address your Donation ID is registered to, or the Donation ID itself?
I can manually unregister it for you.

Thank you. I was finally able to stumble upon & submit a request for a new registration & received a link to reactivate it on the new device & it worked.
