Newbie from the Bluegrass
 

Good day all. Found this site through the RAM 1500 Diesel dot com forum site. I thought it sounded cool and decided to give it a try. I live in central Kentucky, Frankfort to be exact, a small community located off Interstate 64 between Lexington and Louisville which just happens to be the state capital. (Not that anyone would notice)

I purchased my RAM 1500 EcoDiesel in March of this year after wanting to downsize from owning several Ford Super Duty diesels over the years. (Terrible MPG's) I just love diesel technology but I am not in love with how the US is reluctant to adopt the technology for private passenger vehicles.

So, just wanted to say Hello...:)

Hello and welcome to Fuelly, yes I feel like the US is missing out on diesel technologies too, I know all the reasons why, I just don't agree with them ;)

Been a big diesel fan for 15 years, only just switched the main car to a hybrid.
Of course, cant run a hybrid on agricultural diesel or heating oil....!

Welcome to the forum. Sure wish I was that close to Mike Linnig's or that we had an equal down here.

I have never eaten there. I will have to give it a try.
