Um... blink. blink. :? I don't think I understand the question.

BTW, I heard an interesting quip in a long but very good presentation by Rep Roscoe Bartlett: "I’m a conservative but I try not to be an idiot." :)

He also said (and I'm not on a political soapbox here) regarding the prospect of peak oil: "In an aggressive program, first is conservation." [The overall approach must be likened to] "World War II’s effort (victory gardens), along with the effort to put a man on the moon, and the Manhattan Project… the worst case is World War III. We face a hard landing, the 1930s will look good. Or it could be The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse."

gas is now $3.37

After I finish this tank it's going to be parked for the whole summer.
I got about 230 miles left in the tank.

Where do you live again? That's horrible! Today congress is debating true federal anti-price-gouging legislation. There is a station in Macon, GA that is selling it for about $2.599 / gallon

I live in Southern Cali. They are promising $4 a gallon and it looks like it will happen. I'm sure as hell not going to pay $50 to fill up my tank.

It's really bizarre that your prices are still going up like that! The national average has been about flat since 4/22. Oil prices have gone back above $74/barrel as of yesterday but still. What is driving prices in California that isn't impacting the rest of the nation?
