Gas Cubby 3.1.9

Updated to latest v3.1.9 last night and my IOS mobile app won't run and crashes every time. This is the first problem I've had with this app; even the recent conversion went trouble-free. Please fix soon! I love and depend on Gas Cubby!

Updated to Gas Cubby 3.1.9

I updated to Gas Cubby 3.1.9 yesterday and cannot get into the application since that version was updated. Hope that there is a solution very soon as I use this app almost every day to track stuff on my vehicles.

Please verify that your data has synced to your Fuelly profiles. If yes, then delete Gas Cubby and re-install from the app store. Login by clicking "Set Up Sync" and the data will sync from Fuelly back to your iPhone.

This will correct the crashing/failure to open issue.

I just used this workaround with success.

I logged onto the Fuelly site to make sure my most recent activity was reflected on the website. Then I deleted the app on all devices, re-installed the app from the store and re-synced the data. Worked fine.

I'm glad to see that you're able to post.

The delete and re-install works. I also do the app testing, the problems reported never occurred because I always delete & re-install between the tests.

The developers are currently digging into this.

I was able to use this process and it worked fine. The only issue that I am seeing now is that the system is working very slowly. I am Syncing All Data now and will try it again after completion. I will check back tomorrow to see about the slowness in performance.:whistling:

I did not have this issue until 3.1.11

EMY92 06-06-2017 07:22 AM

I'll notify the developers.
