Fuelly website error

Sorry, not sure how file this problem directly with FUELLY.COM.

I just did an update of my mileage for my 2015 Chevy Volt.

Once entered, the charts do not show the fill-up and/or leave the miles per gallon field blank.

Meanwhile the iOS App does show the correct mileage (408 mpg). What gives? The APP shows correct information, but the FUELLY.COM website does not?

How do I bring this to someone's attention? Or am I missing something?

I DELETED AND RE-ENTERED THE DATA TWICE AND SAME RESULT!

Photos attached

Above is screenshot from iOS APP. The figure 408 is CORRECT

However, this is what the FUELLY website shows after I entered my data. SEE THAT FILL-UP 8 HAS BEEN ADDED --- BUT MPG FIELD IS BLANK?

This chart from website isn't updated either with fill-up 8

This chart from website isn't updated either with fill-up 8

So the iOS APP shows the correct information.

But the website shows the entry, but not MPG and other charts are wrong too.

How do I bring this to FUELLY's attention

Just delete the entry and re-input it.

I did -- TWICE

Good suggestion. I should have have said I already did that --- TWICE

Same results. Thanks for your reply

Even though the iOS APP shows the correct mileage for the last fill-up (408 mpg) it shows the WRONG "best mpg" as 346 mpg.

Okay.. deleted the last entry from my home computer and used the iOS APP to enter the data. This time I got a message in the APP saying the odometer information far exceeded the NORMAL entry (or something like that) though it did allow me to ignore the message and submit the entry. My mileage since last fill-up is considerable (because this is a hybrid electric vehicle). I am guessing FUELLY.COM does not process data correctly for electric vehicles.

THIS IS A SERIOUS FLAW IN FUELLYS' CALCULATIONS FOR HYBRID AND/OR ELECTRIC VEHICLES. THEY NEED TO FIX IT

This has been bought to the attention of the team recently, I think the software was built long before high mileage vehicles like that existed. As far as I know, they are working on the issue.

HOPE YOU ARE RIGHT, BUT VOLTS HAVE BEEN AROUND SINCE 2011 SO PRETTY LONG TIME FOR THIS NOT TO HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED ALREADY.

My last mileage report showed I traveled 2,300+ since my previous fill-up. That fill-up was not calculated properly and is the one I have included photos.

I also have one another one for over 2,000+ miles that FUELLY calculated properly which makes me think this is a problem they might be unaware of.

MY ORIGINAL POST WAS ASKING HOW DO I BRING THIS TO FUELLY'S ATTENTION DIRECTLY. NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THAT.

I would rather know they are aware of the problem.. then guess they might be ....

I just noticed one of my previous fill-ups which was correctly calculated by FUELLY was for 2,667 miles since last fill-up. FUELLY had no problem with calculating the numbers correctly then... something is MESSED UP IN FUELLY LAND

Try inputting the data using your computer.

Knarfoh 07-02-2017 10:38 AM

DUH... guess you DO NOT read too carefully. My initial effort was from my PC.

(1) Used 2 different browsers
(2) Deleted entry and re-entered
(3) Used the iOS APP (including deleting and trying more then once.)

I know the DATA is finding it's way into FUELLY's website because they show the last average mileage (408 mpg) but the figures don't seem to work into all the various screens and reports. SEE PICTURES!

I am back to one of my original questions -- HOW DO I CONTACT FUELLY DIRECTLY?
