Sorry. I was only trying to be helpful. Guess I didn't figure that from what you wrote. Wasn't too clear to me the first time I read it. I didn't mean to upset you.

People are far more likely to help if you're not rude and abusive. Look at the bottom of this webpage, under "legal" there is a contact link, worth a shot.

Personally, I would click the support link that's directly under the forums link in the drop down menu that got you here... but that's just me.

Thanks for your reply.

I am used to other forums and often SUPPORT on a forum is for the forum and not the product.

I had previously clicked on that link but obviously did not go through the steps to see that eventually it allows you to submit your problem directly if it cannot be found in the FORUM or FAQ's

MEA CULPA

I agree -- MY BAD.

It is frustrating to get guesses and replies that do not directly answer my question; miss the point; or suggest something I have already tried multiple times.

I went to great effort to post photos, detailed information about what I had tried, etc. and when you get a non-answer it is frustrating.

Regardless -- MY BAD -- and apologies!

You're not the only one having issues logging the high fuel economy that hybrid vehicles are seeing. I believe they are working on a fix, but who knows how much of a priority it is.

FWIW, every time I've contacted Fuelly support, they have gotten back to me within a few days.

Fuelly simply wasn't set up to track two fuel sources like there is on a PHEV, and tracking just one only provides half the picture.

I received this reply from FUELLY.

Thank you for contacting us.

Fuelly has a filter in place to prevent entry of obviously bad data. The filter was in place before the introduction of plug in hybrid vehicles were introduced. Our current MPG limit is 400 MPG.

We will make adjustments to this in the future and attempt to link the filter to the vehicle versus a site wide filter.

Curious how quickly they will resolve this. Duel fuel vehicles have been out for awhile. You would think this issue would have been solved by now

My last avg mpg was 408 which sent me over FUELLY's threshold. After that, they ASSUME it is an ERROR.

So apparently FUELLY has never updated their website since 2000 (when the Prius was introduced) or 2011 (when the Chevy Volt was introduced)? ETC ETC ETC JUST KIDDING!

I understand the need to have filters in place for obviously erroneous data and it does make sense to continue with these filters and make exceptions (by model) for hybrid vehicles.

But based upon some comments I have read in this FORUM and several others, they have been THINKING about the fix for a LONG time.

Still having the same issue. My commute is 40 miles round trip so I rarely need gasoline in my 2017 Volt. I calculated 668 MPG, Fuelly is blank, (funny how Fuelly comes up as a spelling error on the forum, lol). Does anyone know if the overall total mileage is correct, I guess I could ad up 3 years of receipts.......

Forum, like most things, uses the dictionary on YOUR device. Just add it to dictionary!
