I would consider buying a Ford Fiesta EV with a 200+ mile range.

What cars would you fancy IF they were pure electric?

Compact pickup of some kind!

Put me down for an Miata EV, too.

If I had someplace to charge it I'd go for a Jazz.

Plenty of space for batteries in that one.

Something modern, something fast and sexy... Does it have to be something we can afford? Or fantasy?

1969 Lincoln Continental (4 door, black, tinted windows)

Kind of like Neil Young's 1959 Lincvolt Continental, but better looking

There is Jehu Garcia in the USA that is turning classic cars into electric, mainly using Tesla batteries and electric motors.

Mk1 Honda Insight. It's about the only car that "looks" like it should be electric.

Still way ahead of its time.

Alternatively an MX5

Oliver.

That would be fabulous with a hydraulic IVT and 600 horsepower seconds of stored capacitive energy releasable in less than 3 seconds. Controlled by the ABS sensors so wheelspin is eliminated with ratio adjustments. 0-60 in say 3-4 seconds and 200 watts per mile, maybe even less.
