This video shows all the new features that the Honda Accord engine comes with. One of those new technologies is the "integrated exhaust manifold cylinder head" which is partially cast into the engine wall for better cooling. Due to advancements in casting, this was not possible / cost effective just a few years ago. I believe other car manufacturer's are doing this as well.
