First time poster already looking to start trouble.
I've had my 2014 Prius v Five for about 3 months now and have been logging it the whole time.
Today while checking to see how I stack up against everyone else with a Prius v I noticed that there are 17 2010 Prius v's getting higher than normal MPGs. Well that's kinda odd, especially since the Prius v came out in 2012. Toyota Prius V MPG - Actual MPG from 811 Toyota Prius V owners All of those 2010 Prius V are truly standard Prius (Liftback version) with a Five trim package. Another odd thing is that none of the 2011 Prius V owners made the same mistake. Toyota using lower case v for model and upper case V for trim was definitely a confusing move. Doesn't help that fuelly also using an upper case V when it should obviously be lower case since its designating model, not trim. Not sure who to contact about this or if anything can even be done. |
Perhaps 2011 was the year Toyota started spelling the trim number out; II became Two.
Or someone already reported all the erroneous 2011 liftbacks in the Prius v/Alpha/+ section. There was once a report button on each vehicle profile page. It disappeared at some point recently, and I don't know if it has been put back. |
