Newbie to Ford

Just purchased a 2012 Ford F-250 XLT 4 by 4 crew cab V8 6.2 gasser. PHENOMENAL vehicle.
The picture provided is me doing 58 mph and getting 19.9mpg. Excruciating slow for me but I was curious to see what would the best milage be..
In truth it gets 15's combined. Not bad for a 7,080 lb vehicle.
