Contacting FUELLY
Why can't I contact FUELLY?
There is a Support link, but it just dumps me to the FAQ pages. I would like to offer some suggestions for the phone app that only appear to be available on the full website. |

Hi,
On the Contact Support screen, tap on the Contact Support button at bottom right. You can then submit your suggestion. |
Thanks, HarvMan! I was about to ask the same thing.

Where did you find the Contact Support screen?
In the screenshot below from the full website, both SUPPORT links take me to the FAQ pages where there are no links like you show. In the android phone app, there is nothing at the bottom and no way to get to the FAQ. |

Hi jp2code,
The screen I posted is from the Android aCar app version 5.2.17. To get to the Contact Support screen, tap on the 3 dots at top right. Then tap on Contact Support. |
Hi Harv,
I have an Android phone, but it doesn't look anything like that. Here's my start screen: https://i.imgur.com/Bmqqk8n.jpg As you can tell, that is the full screen, and there are no dots in any of the corners. And below is a typical screen whenever I have a vehicle loaded. It doesn't have a contact support option either. https://i.imgur.com/wQGNI49.jpg Do employees at Fuelly ever come to look at these posts? |
Hi jp2code,
OK, you are using the Android Fuelly Web App. https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...com.fuelly.app As mentioned in my previous post, I am using the Android Fuelly aCar - Car Management App. https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...onewalker.acar I have used Fuelly aCar since 2013 to manage my vehicles and I recommend using this app to provide you with in-depth analysis. Also, you can contact support with aCar. If you have any questions, please get in touch. |
I think he might need to update his app. These things can be a bit fickly to get used to.

So it's a completely separate app, and there is not a way to do it on this website through a browser (like I am sitting at a PC now). I've got the aCar downloading, and I'll start using it soon. Thanks! |
jp2code,
What are your thoughts about aCar? BTW, I record my trips as either Personal or Business. At end of year I then export the annual data to a .csv. I can then determine the amount of expense for business usage, fuel, service, insurance. If you have any questions, please get in touch. |
