Android to iOS

We are giving one car that I have been tracking in ACar since we purchased it, can I transfer the data and convert it to iOS at the same time, what is the recommended APP and process??

I'm looking for the process of transferring data from Android to iOS as well.

Android was showing me more charts and graphs, but all my data has transferred to the iOS app fine I think it just doesn’t display the neat graphs.
