It doesn't surprise me at all, the N series engineers know what they're doing. We don't get the Elantra here, but the other N series cars get very high ratings here indeed. The other two in the test are seriously underpowered for thier size by today's standards.

I'm old. I'd probably go with either the Hyundai or VW to avoid shifting.

I wouldn't turn down any of them but I don't want to have to shift gears anymore.
