New phone can't log in to previous account
 

I have been using Fuelly since the Gas Cubby days. I updated phones to a new iPhone, but was unable to log in or access my account. I tried the restore email but that did not work. My previous user name is ethang and my old phone is still logged in with that account. I tried making a new account and exporting all of my old data but that did not work either.

Anybody able to help? I have years of logs that I don't want to lose.

I lost my paid subscription a month or more ago. Lost all my info, reciepts, everything. My account just say's I can't have a premium membership. Apple just sent me a renewal notice dated today. I tried reaching out to fuelly support with no reply as of yet.

Edit: I left a ****ty review on the app store and emailed support. Then tried to re-sync on my phone by using the sync all data button and scrolling down til the sync all vehicles words appear at the top of the screen. Now everything seems to be back to normal and my pics are back. Hopefully that works for you?
