Virtually every one of those cars, here in the UK, would be a rotten rust bucket. You would need the same again to put them in some sort of order. If they were in good order you would need two to two and a half times that money for a good one.
Just looking at the Elise S1, good ones are POA.

*Except those made of fibreglass and aluminium haha. You can still get an early Elise for 15-20k, I keep an eye peeled now and again, although they are very rare. I remember as a kid my friend had a silver 98 model, I thought it was the fastest car in the world at the time.

Wouldn't want to own anything else on that list, my money would be spent on something decent.

That is why I said virtually. The Jags and the BL cars would be like a lace doily.
TVR tube frames are renowned for rust as well. And the Lotus, well they are made by Lotus (Lots of trouble, usually serious).
