Going to the Darkside

Got an opportunity of picking up a 1994 Honda Accord in the next couple of days. Probobaly retire Casper and see what kind of numbers I can post with it. Although the EPA numbers are not that much better it is a 5 speed:D. So I'll do a base tank and then start throwing mods at it.:) Only drawback no Scangauge:(.

You can superMID that piece though. It'll be nice to have an accord on there, especially an old one, I fancy the older ones much more. What is the model?

It's a DX 2.2L 4 door 118K one owner, a little old lady who only drove it to church and did all the required maintenance at the dealer. I don't know about the sMID I really don't have the money for this but it was just to good to pass up.

Don't worry about the mid then, but anyway, it's an f22, I wonder which model, prolly non-vtec since it's a dx, what's that, f22b2? I think the f22b1 was the vtec version, mehbe it's what they call the ulev-vtec thing. There's an accord engine somewhere with vtec-e like dan's new car has, you could swap that thing in there, :p

Unbelievable. Everybody is upgrading to a honda.

SVOboy 07-02-2006 02:40 PM

At least the sensible ones are buying the older models.

May the force be with you!

You don't know the power of the dark side.

Pretty sure it's not the Vtec. I think it's 130 hp.

The force is still strong with a newer model.

SVOboy 07-02-2006 03:03 PM

I'm pretty sure the new models got thrown down into the power core of the death star.

krousdb 07-02-2006 03:13 PM

The force peaked between 1985 and 1995. Now those were the Jedi years! They went into battle with HF's, CX's, VX's and the occasional Del Sol S. Where have all of the Jedi's gone? Perhaps they hang out at the cantina on Tatooine?

Exactly -- once you go Honda, you never go back (if you're smart)
