tank 4 was a disappointment. I'm also wondering if the computer relearns and trims the fuel after the mods. Grill block causes fan cycling after 75 mph in hilly country.

I can only hear my fan when the car's off. I'm going to put a light in the circuit and run it to the cabin so I can see when it's on. If the fan's coming on, it's not an insignificant electrical draw (relatively speaking). I'd open more grille.

I had no issues under 70mph. I will open the grill more. At this point I;m unsure the block even does anything. To maintain 78-80 mph required a heavy foot and fourth gear on most hills.

damn you're driving hella fast! don't underestimate the power of the grill!

I'll second that: any excess air you keep from slamming through the radiator and exiting beneath the car is good. Your block is likely worth a few percent improvement both through better aerodynamics and a warmer drive train.

Did this on the 4 banger...runs more than you'd expect.

Just need to run a + wire to the one that is hot when the fan runs..to a 12V LED...to ground.

Works real well to give you some feedback on engine temp/coolant issues.

good input. I drive a lot with windows down, low speeds, so I know the car pretty well. Also the fan is loud.
