I switched to Amsoil 0W-20 when I had 1500 miles. Hopefully I didn't change too soon. I'm wondering if I should go the whole one year with out a change or change it at 6K. My owners manual says change at least every 6k, Amsoil says change once a year. Who to trust?

A lot of new cars do. But there is more to it. They ship out of the factory with 0w30 AND they probably have an all aluminum engine.
The aluminum blocks have to temper themselves at break-in with normal operating temps along with ring seating break-in Quote:
