best mileage ever
I am new to this forum and since I have been reading all the post I have changed my driving habits. I drive a 95 corolla and over the last three tanks of gas I have seen a big improvement. I used to get an avg. of about 32mpg since then my first two tanks as a hypermiler I avg. 35mpg, but my last tank I just got 43.5mpg without any aerodynamic modifications. I want to thank all for posting such great info and as soon as I can I am going to pimp my ride with all the aerodynamic mods.
See you EOC on hwy |
I was just realizing today that I hadn't seen anyone on here yet with a Toyota Corolla/Geo Prizem, this cought my attention because I have a number of friends with this car, one claming low 40's, with an modest size 4 door sedan! I think if I was going to pick a car to go in to the buissness of modifying for better mileage, and reselling, the toyota/geo would be it.

Select the "Garage" Tab along the top row of the GasSavers page. You will see the following options below the Garage Tab : Add Garage Entry - Top Ten Entries - Search the Garage Click on Add Garage Entry. You will be given a form to fill out. Don't worry if you don't have all the information in front of you. Just fill out the form with the info you have on hand. You can go back and edit the Garage at any time. The other 95 Corolla had these EPA MPG values, but they may be for a stickshift : EPA City: 27 EPA Highway: 34 EPA Combined: 30 CarloSW2 |
