Buying a Scooter

Well, I'm looking at the Honda Ruckus/Zoomer, and I am wondering if I should buy one new or try to buy one used and have it shipped? They are not so common, so it would be hard to find one in reasonable driving distance to buy used, but there is a honda powersports near my home in NJ.

What do you think?

I checked my local powersports and there are no dice on it.

It will be for getting around town at home and prolly not for school. I am hoping it will replace many miles from the CRX, and would be easier to run propane.

Any for sale?
