Swapping Cylinder Head on 95 Civic DX

Hey guys, i have been a lurker for sometime, and figured it was time to post a question...

I have a 95 civic sedan DX, with a stock d15b7, it gets great mileage already, but i am aiming higher. I have a spare 97 DX head laying around (y7). Is it possible to swap a y7 head on the d15b7? Would it help my mileage?

Thanks in advance...

It is possible to do. Doubt it would help the mileage? What was the EPA on the two cars like? You might be able to do a cx swap if you're up for the power loss, :p (I have a cx head in my basement I could sell ya)
