Just saw two tv commercials... first, Toyota Tundra, format was them winning a 0-60 drag race against all their competitors while towing a heavy load. Next commercial, Chevy Silverado, claiming 22 mpg.

Toyota: drag racing.
GM: FE.

lol duh its cuz the toyota truck gets less mpg than the domestic ones (if im remmebering it right) sure it can tow a friggin cargo container but who the hell does that everyday let alone in their lifetime. toyota is turning the way of GM did: more power! now GM is turning the way toytota is/was: FE

You have to read the fine print..they advertise double standards.

They tell you "tows up to X pounds and gets 22mpg"

If you read quick enough on the fine print when they are talking about towing..it tells you at the bottom that its the top of the line engine. The second they talk about MPG its another shot with another disclaimer saying the MPG is EPA estimate with the smallest engine.

The PC is pretty much my entire entertainment system along with my refurb iPod ...I get a good dose of tunes daily .
People at work ask: "did you see this on ....? oh yeah you don't *own* a tv :rolleyes: " followed by "You missed this really funny... " Me ..."Um No I didn't miss a thing "
