Rust converter turns the rust in to basicly a primer, not back in to metal, but it's still amazing stuff, and it does seem to do a good job of stoping rust!
polyurithane calk/adhsive works well for attaching metal sheeting as well, then usesing something like rubber truck bed liner to cover over it will protect it while covering over the seams.

lol it looks good now, give it a month im betting all the cornners will curl and it will trap more water causing more rust :D

I come back and look at it over and over... You know you should just start replacing parts with fiberglass. use the old screwed body panels and fiberglass on top of them as a mold, then when its built up enough pull it off grind the screwed up areas that transfered and smooth it all out. Take off the **** metal. . . I mean sheet metal part and throw it away.
