221,629 miles in a Geo Metro

Just got an emissions inspection on my baby and she passed with flying colors! These little 1 liter engines are amazingly durable.

HC ppm 33 (limit 275)
CO 0.02 (limit 1.10)
NO ppm 8 (limit 3600)

Those metro engines NEVER die. I think its becuase they are soo simple, theres nothing to break lol. We joke and say they dont have enough compression to blow any gaskets :P

Rust damages to the panels seems to be more of an issue on most...

Metro/Swifts are great little cars. If you live in a place without salt on the roads, and maintain your car, they last a very long time. They've got to be the cheapest car there is to own.
