Maintenance Logs

I'm not sure it this is the right spot to post the thread but here it goes. If you wanted to change your own oil or do other consumable maintenance practices, while your vehicle is still under warranty, than what would be the best way to document this? I've been using Auto Wolf to track my van. Any suggestions?

i use pencil and a book and i have 18 years of maintenance written down. Im planning to turn it into digital so i can look it up and not have to flip through the book all the time. :)

I save reciepts or copy them, judging importance. I also use pen and the maintenance chapter of the owners manual to note whats been done and what has been checked.

All my receipts go in an autoparts file. The maintenance is logged in the gaslog .
