Inconsistent Data

When I view the details of my vehicles it shows Red, the motorcycle, averaging 44.9mpg. On my profile page it shows 27.0.

There are only two fuel-ups: 51mpg and 40mpg. Averaging the mpg gives me 45.5 while averaging miles(total)/gallons(total) I get 44.9mpg.

Any idea why my profile shows 27.0 for this vehicle?

Looks like you ran into a bug somewhere along the line. We store your master average MPG in the database for quick retrieval, and that can get out of synch with your actual average MPG. I recalculated it and all seems well.

We've had an issue in the past with moving individual fuel-ups between vehicles--sometimes editing things can cause those numbers to be out of synch. If you remember any sort of editing you did that might help us track down that problem.

ah! Yes... That's exactly what I did. I added a fuel up to Red then moved it to Risotto.

I just added another fuel up for Red (best tank! =D) and the average updated accordingly.

Thanks for reviewing my post.

Thanks for the extra info, sounds like the bug is still in that process somewhere. That's a big help.
