blank screen every time I post.
Every time I reply to a thread I get a blank page and nothing happens. When I go back I see that my reply did post correctly. I am using firefox. Anyone else having this problem?

Test.
Edit: Yeah it still is doing it. |
That's been happening to me occasionally too... I just hit the green arrow (using FireFox) to load the page and it comes up... It's like the server or DB forgot about sending the page :p
|
I do too. Also running Firefox. Since we use tabs, I usually tab over so I can reload the original to see that I've posted or not.

Same problem for me with Firefox. I first noticed it 2-3 days ago. The post always seems to go through.
|
me too, running firefox in Ubuntu.
|
Test in ie
It works fine in internet explorer. Interesting. |
Happens to me on firefox, I have to hit reload every time to get it to work.
I just got mine update today too, didn't help. |
Might be an adsense thing w/firefox. Try using something besides the "quick reply", like hit a quote button or the "go advanced" button first.
MATT!!!! ;) https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...=firefox+blank |
I've been experiencing this for a week now. I use Firefox and I have a saved tab for gs so I just reclick it and it sends me to home page and I check for the post afterwards, but still a nuisance. I usually try and be stupid and hit the refresh button but that doesnt work, it causes the page to stay stopped at the bottom left.

Are you using the "Post Quick Reply" button?
what happens when you hit the "Quote" button to reply, or the "Go Advanced" button to reply? |
I'm using the post quick reply, and have tried the others. It only occurs with the post quick reply.
|
testing, firefox 1.5, quick reply
Edit: boy, that WAS annoying. |
testing, firefox 1.5, using quote button
Edit: no problemo Quote:
|
testing, firefox 2.0, quick reply
Edit: Still broken I'll try and bring it to Matts attention. Please use the "Quote" or "Go Advanced" buttons to reply in the mean time, or do the back button/refresh dance. |
I made a change that some suspect is part of the problem. Let me knowif it continues.

testing, firefox 2.0, quick reply
