Fuel Vaporizer

Has anyone tried installing a fuel vaporizer in their car?? It seems like a good idea... Burn less fuel, but more efficiently. Seems like it would work? I've got a 1997 Cadillac Deville Concourse that gets about 16.5-18mpg city and 24-27mpg highway. I love the car and don't wanna have to get rid of it any time soon just because of fuel prices.

Im willing to try anything new but that statement is the reason why I never tried the fuel vaporizor

these are in the same field as magnets and other camp on fuel mods that do diddly. wont do amy harm tho. 99% of the time fuel vaporizes when injected and if it doesn't, they can be fixed

I had an earlier FA2000 clone installed on a late 80's 3L V6. I had problems with the pressure in the tank after shutoff forcing raw gas into the intake...they recommended either leaving the gas cap loose or installing a Schrader Solenoid Valve to block this flow.

This model is several versions later though.

Fuel Vaporizer

I have installed 3 fuel vaporizers in different cars. One of them gave me a slight increase in mileage around 10%. Another gave about 16%. The third one was so dramatic that I'm not trusting the calcs. It came in at over 50%.

I recommend them. I used the vaporizer 2000. That was several years ago. I see there are newer models out now.

Be brave. Try one. It worked very well for me.

So you are using a cat converter as a vaporizer? Got any details as far as the vehicle and how you are doing it?
