CRX VX Swap MPG?

Does anyone have any results yet? I thinkk I am going to do this swap just want to make sure it's worth it. Can 50-60mpg be achieved? Thanks for any help.

A recent swap (with a little weight change) by a great member, very detailed.

Nice increase in MPG.

Alot depends on what you are swapping the motor into. Keep in mind that a stock VX is rated at around 49MPG on the freeway. And a stock VX is lighter than pretty much any other 1992-1995 Civic - and ALOT of 1989-1991 Civic/CRX models, for that matter. Unless you are going to be swapping the motor into something ALOT lighter and/or more aerodynamic (ie 1988-1989 CRX HF), then I would not expect an increase from the VX figures.
