Water that is dissolved in your fuel is fine, water that is not dissolved in your fuel is a problem. 70% IPA holds it's water when in solution with gasoline, I think it can mix down to 68% and still hold it, whereas ethanol it's a higher number like 97% and methanol something like 92%
