I want to show you guys my new aero mods.
PICTURE #1
Belly pan made from coroplast. I've had to make opening for exhaust pipe to prevent plastic melting(from inside opening I glued exhaust wrap). So far nothing had melt.

PICTURE #2
Floor panel up to the fuel tank. I have used old shower wall panels. Very good flexible stuff. Everything screwed with self-tapping screws.

PICTURE #3
Rear suspension deflector. Used heat gun to mold it nice and smooth.
Question? Should I cover open part of tire?

PICTURE #4 & 5
Rear belly pan. Mounted to the bumper metal support.

Picture shows my rear bumper vents.
This mod prevent parachute effect. I simply cut two corner openings event with bumper support, put plastic door edge around cut and covered with home depot guttermesh.
Pretty soon I'll post my new modification, which is rear wheel skirt.

That looks good; the back vents look like they came from the factory. Looking forward to seeing the wheel skirts.

Did you measure the sound levels or did you just use your ears?
