I don't know about the ice vests, but I've got chronic back pain and I've got a wide belt (about 8" wide) that I can keep in the freezer so when the pain gets really bad. Those are available at about any medical supply and they're not very expensive. I think I paid less the $30. for mine and worth every penny when my back has really bad days. I may have to try using it for an a/c unit. I'd never thought of that. If anyone knows where to find the ice vests please post it.

illinois humidity + summer + no AC in either vehicle = windows down from sunup to sundown...also the vent and blower on high

I got one of those personal A/C's from Sharper Image. It sort of works, but i wouldn't recommend it. The car would look great, if you do those mods. Not to mention the gas savings : )

And then some moon caps, lower ground effects, cut down the roof line...

Sorry, I didn't mean to hijack your thread, work is just slow today. :) Congrats on the new ride.

My wife is thrilled with my arms with switching to the CRX and no power steering. Plus I feel better too!

Got 43.5 MPG on my last tank in the city.
Normal driving, shifting when the shift light indicator comes on.

I am proud of my ride!
