SeaFoam and 182k

I want to try the SeaFoaming instructions from here but Ive read concerns about high mileage cars ( mine is 182k ).

I did look and didnt see anyone with mileage close to mine trying it.

I put SFoam in my gas tank before my trip down to NC. Wasnt worried about that.
Nor am I worried about the throttle cleaning part as I did something similar with the Accord I had before the Camry.

Its putting the SeaFoam directly in the engine. I am going back to school soon and wont have the nice paying job I do now.

Am I worrying for nothing or do I run the risk of monkeying up my engine?

yup cleans out the crap in the small oil ports, dont leave it in there too long(ie dump it in drive for 50 miles then change the oil while its hot)
