The 2.3

Great numbers with the new Mazda

It looks like you can still get good FE with the 2.3 (and have some fun too :D )

Dunno what I did...

I can't claim the CD: not the best tank ever :( I've had about 3, 40-some mpg tanks on 100% highway trips. This only counts as personal mixed-driving best.

Honestly, I can't really say what did...

37!

I know it's small potatoes compared to the 50+ folks, but with considerable EOC and limited A/C use, I managed roughly over 37 mpg over about 320 miles in the Integra :) This is a personal best in...

Public Transit, why not?

We decided to take the Integra to the Royals game Friday night (TSX was full of stuff for my Wife's Uganda benefit event, which went well by the way).

Left the house at 5:30
Construction backup...

36.5 Average over 3 tanks

MetroMPG: I can't find your quote, but you expected an increase of 15% with the TC fixed on the 'Teg.

I thought it was possible, but for now, all I can claim at least a 10% increase combined,...

What Region of Ohio?

BTW, what region of Ohio are you in? I have family in the Akron area, near Zanesville also, and I went to school at Muskingum in SE OH. The weather varies quite a bit by region -- I used to get my...

Half-Tank Mark

I can usually tell, within about 5 mpg at the half-tank mark, what the final number will be. But I know -- you're standing there with the pump going, and you're saying to yourself, "stop, Stop,...

Need it

I need some sort of 12-Volt, 40-Amp power supply -- even if it's adjustable. If the car started on AC, I could've rigged something up. But as we know, Direct Current runs the common vehicle. I told...

Dead Batt

Oh no -- dead battery.

Turns out someone EOC'd into the garage and didn't take out the keys (again) -- left in IG-II all weekend.

Does this happen to anyone else?

Thanks again to the...
