Towing cost from Chinatown (Elizabeth Street / Grand Street) in Manhattan. Broken valve stem. Advised by Chris that the front brake pads were pretty worn so changed them since the tire was off. Service was great again. Christian (tow truck driver) also washed scooter. Tipped him $10.
