my 1985 MZ eta 250, bought for £250 with tax and MOT, an original bike with genuine 8046 miles on the clock when purchased. I have been running off premix (petroil) at 30:1 since bought with no problem.
A lot of my miles are racked up going to university. a few miles to get out of the town followed by highway for the rest of the way (15 miles). if it's windy I'll take an alternative rout taking me down sheltered country lanes, a bit slower, more gear changes and more speed fluctuations.
all highway speeds are carried out at 4200 rpm @ 60 mph, the 'economical zone' this is where the bike buzzes along happily.
