While doing an inspection, found when the transmission leak was fixed they left wiring harness draped over front drive shaft causing wear on harness. Tyrap up and off. Harness was originally routed below and had clips installed to secure bit they did not use them.

Noticed engine bot getting warm. Amp draw showed 0A. Found block hear cord disconnected at heater. Ohm’d out at 16 ohms. Drawing 7 amps now

City ford. Replaced hose clamp and said transmission isn’t leaking. I have pictures of the leak all around the pan and wet all around the gasket

*Warranty****Front upper oil pan leaking. Drained oil, removed lower oil pan, drained antifreeze, removed upper oil pan. Cleaned engine block, used new silicone on upper oil pan, new gaskets on upper pan and oil filter adapter and oil cooler. New oil and filter. Topped up coolant.

Switched from high pressure med shift 2nd lock to high pressure 2nd lock OEM shift points. KAM reset performed as well before loading new TCM tune.

Switched to proven diesel from GDP. Trans relearn. Installed : No emissions low smoke QR SOTF 0-200 v2.4.2 TCM high press med shift 2nd gear lock

Went from 75ho to 150hp low smoke. Smoke lots on previous with start up in cold and torque converter weird noise under light throttle no load when locked
