Sometimes the engine light stays on a little long when starting. It always goes off, but it's something to look into at the 5000 mile maintainance.

10% Chance of rain in Las Vegas tonight. IT RAINED HARD!! To make matters worse, president Obama was in town so the roads were and a stand still. I ended up at a stop behind the rail road tracks on Sunset for about 20 minutes. Luckily I didn't get rained on. This is the first and only time the bike got wet under my ownership.

Completed the 1000 mile service at about 1500 miles and Henderson HD. The cost was more than I'd like to pay at 340 using a synthetic. They quoted a stage 1 upgrade with some short shots for a little under $1000. Hopefully this urge goes away to upgrade. The bike runs great. Loving it!
