Al's 2014 Lexus ES300h

Starfire Pearl exterior, Parchment Nuluxe aniline leather interior. Ultra Luxury (UL) model with most all bells & whistles including the BD, LK, NL, OT, PA, PS, RS, OT, and WX factory options, the Z2 port installed preferred accessory package, and the dealer-installed Remote Engine Starter and window etchings. The dealer also included a Lojack vehicle recovery system and lifetime door edge/door handle appliques at no cost to me, and after the substantial Truecar.com discount and 1.9% financing, threw in an additional $1,200 "12th Man" discount, good that weekend at that dealership only, in honor of the Seattle Seahawks playing in the Super Bowl that Sunday. A win for me, and a 43-8 win for the Seahawks. Not too shabby!!

NOTE: All of my MPG entries are based on manual calculation of trip miles traveled per odometer divided by gallons fueled at gas pump's first click off (auto shutoff). The car's trip computer MPG reading for that fillup is shown in the Notes.After the 7th fill up, on 7/5/14, the manually calculated MPG, as shown here, was 39.1 overall; the onboard trip computer MPG was 39.8 overall, or a .7 MPG (1.7%) difference. That's pretty darn close to identical...as well as virutally identical with the EPA rating for the car at 40 MPG overall. I'm impressed!!
