Lube speedometer cable with bike chain oil. Drip from top. Suspect cause of jumping speedometer needle and hunting cruise control. Monitor for source of mystery squeak.

Replaced rear brake hoses. Existing hoses appeared to be Pirelli. Old but not original. Replaced with Centric, made in Italy. Flushed brake fluid at all four corners. Prestone DOT4

Changed engine oil and filter. Replaced inner O-rings in filter housing. Resealed oil pan with elring and black rtv dressing.

Repair wi shield seal. Previously installed dry and would leak. Use MB caulk w/ west marine syringe to backfill seal to glass and seal to body space. Passed compressed air leak test.

Repair LF carpets, use 3M super77 spray adhesive w/ roller tool. Carpets were loose from backing along rocker and trans tunnel.

Emergency repair. Replace clutch slave cylinder and flush/bleed fluid. Previous unit was not original. Aftermarket unknown age no markings. Bleed method was gravity then pumped 100x times to build pedal.

Repair hazard switch. Turn signal and hazard lights rapid flashing due to failing capacitor within switch assembly. Replace both 48uf and 1uf capacitors. 48uf replaced with 68uf capacitor per benzworld forum rec.

Replaced existing compressor w/ new Mahle/Behr unit. System was holding at reduced pressure. Reused receiver/drier. Charged w/ Duracool R12a, added appx 3oz PAG100 oil. Oil testers showed low. Output temp continued to fall as more oil was added. Possibly add more oil. Probably underfilled. Top off charge when it's >70F outside.

Lube rear door window regulators and slides using Bergsma method. Sunroof grease on regulator bottom slide and vertical tracks. Moly grease on regulator gear.

Replace side seals. Self-made rebuild of existing side seals. Scrubbed fuzz off then applied 1mm all-weather felt and trimmed top side at stainless strip to reduce thickness. Works well initially.

Install hood pad. OEM from pelican. Used Teroson/MB glue #000-989-92-71-09. Interior noise at idle decreased 37%!

Adjusted WOT stop to make contact w/ linkage at WOT. Adjusted throttle linkage at bell crank to ensure accelerator pedal contacts stop at WOT.

Replace hood release cable. Gemo #1238800159. Suspected leak into cabin under heavy rain was due to original hood release firewall grommet. Grommet was old but no visible crack or hole. New grommet greased w/ ac delco silicone grease.

Flushed out old green coolant from 2016. Filled with Zerex G05 and distilled water. Replaced radiator drain plug with Mahle piece and surge tank cap with Reutter piece.
