Oil Changed every 5k with Castrol 5W-30 Dino with Lucas Oil Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer. Falken Sincera Touring SN211 (36 psi) during the summer and Studded Mastercraft Glacier Grip II (38 psi) during winter. New clutch and complete top end (Head Gaskets, Valves, Springs, Seals, Timing belt and components, gaskets, hoses) rebuild done around 220k.
