Changed oil and oil filter. Used Shell Rotella T6 15W-40 (will go back to 5W-40 after). Remember, crush washer should be cone side towards bolt. Added USB charging port and voltage meter in line with the SAE port. Replaced 192 side marked bulbs with brighter ones (old ones fell apart and burnt out). Need to replace fork aux lights as the left one is burnt out.

Complete overhaul. -Valve adjustment: Shims labeled E=exhaust, I=intake, F=front, RE=Rear, R=Right, L=Left Originally: FLEX: 172, FREX: 172, FLIN: 175, FRIN: 178, RLIN: 178, RRIN: 178, RLEX: 172, RREX: 172. Now: FLEX: 1675, FREX: 1675, FLIN: 172, FRIN: 178, RLIN: 175, RRIN: 172, RLEX: 1675, RREX: 165. All units: 1XXX = 1.XXX mm. Shims were ProX from RockyMountain ATV. 7.48 mm diameter. -Replaced spark plugs with NGK Iridiums -Replaced air filter with paper filter -Replaced chain with EK 530 ZVX3 120 link chain (cut off 2 links) -Replaced front sprocket with JTF566.15RB -Replaced rear sprocket with JTR1800.47 -New Michelin Anakee III tires -Changed out brake fluid -Replaced coolant with Suzuki long life coolant -Added Oxford Heaterz Adventure heated grips -Added Roam Co-Pilot cell phone holder -Re-ran wiring cables. -Lubricated kick stands

Changed oil and filter with Suzuki Ecstar R5000 oil, Suzuki 09168-12002 crush washer for oil plug, and Ebay oil filter. Replaced rear sprocket with 47T JT sprockets (size 525), X-ring 118 link chain, and 16t (geared up from 15T) JT sprocket. JT sprockets does not come with vibration dampening rubber gaskets on either side.

Damages repaired on bike. Oil, oil filter, and coolant changed. Swingarm, centerstand, and all front end bolts checked.

1st Initial service performed: oil change (10W-40 dino oil), oil filter change, chain lubed, tires inflated, chain adjust, fluids topped, nuts/bolts checked. Looked good! Performed MS Powersports.
