Basic Transportation

Purchased from my mother's estate with under 10,000 miles on it & a matching leather interior, the only dust & dirt in it were from my sister using it when she visited with her 3 children. An oil change, fill the mostly full tank & a quick check of the tires revealed that it was ready to bring north! 1,800 miles later with an average of 36MPG, I was impressed. Low was 32 and high was 38+ MPPG- what's not to like, other than the numb suspension, wooden brakes and dull interior. But, it's quiet, it's reliable, parts are modestly priced and it's big enough for almost everybody. Strangely, my teenaged boys like it- even though the adults think it's a yawn in every possible way. Good commuter, dull as dirt, invisible to everyone- including the police!
