Took the front rotors off again and noticed that the wear since resurfacing them was uneven... found some replacements and the brake vibration is finally gone! Lesson: don't trust your local auto parts shop to resurface rotors.

The warped rear rotors are too thin to turn, so new rotors are in the mail. With the car in the garage for now, I changed the oil and filter and replaced the oil cooler lines which appear to be the most grievous offenders with regards to leaking oil.

Rebuilt the clutch master cylinder and found that the brake vibration is actually warped rear rotors. Also installed new front and rear motor mounts. I like this solution to torn rubber mounts better than the poly inserts I used in the other MR2.

Turned the front rotors and installed new steering rack bushings, but that did not fix the brake vibration. Pads and calipers looked good, so new rotors may be the solution. Also found that the clutch master cyl. and a couple of coolant lines are leaking; ordered parts and a couple of new engine mounts.
