Added power steering fluid and bled the air from the system. Changed brake pads and rotors, front and rear. Changed 3 ABS wheel speed sensors (not left rear, they only had 1 for the rear). Discovered lower control arm bushings are shot, as is the left-front tie rod end, will tackle that next.

Had the following maintenance done: -Timing Belt, Water pump, serpentine belt, pulleys, tensioner. -Replaced Cam. -Replaced Heater Core. -Exhaust pipe replaced with 2.5” stainless steel back to muffler. -Stage 1 eco-tune. -Replaced Sway Bar Bushings. -Transmission fluid, filter, gasket changed. -EGR Deleted, exhaust manifold cleaned out. -Replaced Coolant Reservoir. -Oil & Filter Change. -Coolant Change. -Alignment. -Cleaned Engine Bay.

Used Rotella T6 5W-40 full synthetic & my second-to-last Mann oil filter. Topped off windshield washer fluid. Also replaced license plate lights; only left works.

While replacing the left-rear wheel bearing/hub, noticed the rear pads were pretty worn, so replaced both rear pads & rotors under warranty from Autozone. Pad warranty is lifetime, rotor warranty was 2 years, will expire soon.

Had the front alignment done after changing out the suspension components the might before. Camber is a bit off, but can't be adjusted.

Had the tires rotated & balanced; had been feeling a small shake, suspect a thrown wheel weight.

Replaced front pads, rotors, and both calipers; bled front brakes; replaced DOT 4 brake fluid. Had some smoking out of the front wheel wells earlier in the week. Broke the banjo bolt in the right front caliper, got a similar replacement from Napa Auto Parts at Polaris.

$50 for the bearing from ECS Tuning $100 for the bearing removal kit and a torque wrench from Harbor Freight $60 for a Dremel tool from Walmart Took about 14 hours to complete alone.

Replaced the auxiliary cooling fan, smaller radiator fan for the AC system. Randy's wanted $400 to do it, I bought the part for $58 and changed it myself.
