Driver rear side tire had steel bands showing through. Brought to East Coast VW; they couldn’t do anything because I “didn’t buy it from them”. Call Continental Tire for help...

Mavis drained oil by mistake; put in “Euro” spec oil after I told them it requires special oil. Showed VW the oil they used; does not meet VW specs. “Change oil ASAP.” VW couldn’t do it for 2 weeks. Bought oil & filter from VW; brought back to Mavis to put the correct oil in.
