Depends on what motor is in the honda. If it is a d series motor it is pretty easy. Most of the time what i do to break the pully bolt loose. I just have someone put the car in 5th gear hold the brakes, and just use a big breaker bar to break it loose... Just take a look online and you will be able to find pictures and everything on how to do it. Should not cost anymore then 100$ to do water pump,tensioner and timing belt. I bought a OEM belt and OEM tensioner on ebay pretty cheap... I did the timing belt on my brothers car about a month ago. His was a d16y7 and it took me around 3 hrs to get it done. patience and time. having a friend or 2 at the honda dealer helps to keep cost down on parts. plus that's the fun in owning a honda. the car will pay for itself over and over again.
