New spark plugs. NGK ZFR6FHP 7100 G Power gapped you .40 Coils wiped down and dab of dilectric grease. Anti seize on spark plug threads

Castrol Edge Synthetic 5W-20 with Bosch 2232 Filter. 3.5L added. Engine bay wiped down and oil pan brake cleaned to remove grime.

Seafoam added to oil to act as a flush before oil change. 1.5oz per L of oil or 6oz. Rest of Seafoam added to gas as a fuel system cleaner.

Engine Oil Extracted and Drained. 5W-20 Semi Synthetic Castrol from Costco White Jug Bosch Oil Filter 3323 Also tightened valve cover bolts due to leak from where paint didn’t seal with rubber gasket

New Valve Cover Gasket with Coil Gaskets and Screw Seals. Valve cover stripped with Klein Strip Aircraft Paint Remover (did a horrible job) and then degreased, IPA 99% wipe, Duplicolur high temp self etching primer 2 light coats 1 medium coat. Duplicolor red engine enamel 2 light coats, 1 medium. Then Duplicolor high temp engine enamel clear 2 coats. Don’t turn out the best due to crappy paint remover but looks better than the flaking off silver OEM colour:

Oil changed with bosch filter and Castro Semi Synthetic 5W-20 from Costco. Battery conditioned with trickle charger

Autolite Iridum XP from Rock Auto. Rebate on at the time. Installed at home at 192,225km’s. Did a sea foam treatment prior to changing plugs to help any carbon build up on valves etc.
