Approx 14050 miles, car was picked up from me on 5/14/2015 (AM) up by Audi Mentor's porter to correct broken tab and misalignment on driver's headlight. Tab was supposed to be repaired with Audi kit, but was welded/epoxied instead; tab repair kit was given to me. During this work, a broken radiator support bracket (plastic?) was also found and was supposedly replaced with new Audi OEM part (I have not seen the broken part nor can I see the bracket so I'm going by the dealer's word here). Headlight alignment with body still isn't quite perfect but is significantly better than before. Car wasn't finished until 5/22 PM, I picked up from Audi myself and returned their crap A4 loaner. All work was completed at zero charge, and I did not even have to sign any paperwork (beyond the loaner agreement).
